This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each bedroom. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
The Nest thermostat allows temperature changes within set ranges: set to Heat mode and adjustable between ~68-78 degrees in warm months and set to Cool mode and adjustable between ~65-74 degrees in cold months (specific ranges are subject to change).
Living room: located on 1st floor of apartment. Though compact, the living area provides plenty of utility with a full size sectional and flexible seating options. The drop-leaf dining table seats up to 5 and also doubles as a workspace

Bedroom 2: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an interior-facing window that looks out into the building’s atrium. Includes blackout curtains for additional privacy

- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7’2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
