This brand new villa is a pearl in the middle of the enchanting ’Bernisse Nature Reserve’ with a breathtaking view (180 degrees) over the large lake. The entire Zuytland Buiten park is located in the water and is surrounded by reed beds and forests.
The villa is equipped with all modern amenities and is stylishly furnished. The large windows and garden doors to the veranda ensure that the inside is completely connected to the outside. On the ground floor you will find the living room with lounge sofa and TV and a well-equipped open kitchen with induction stove. The climate system automatically cools down 4 degrees when needed. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
