- The single-story main house requires 3 steps to enter. The 2-story bunkhouse has a bedroom on the 1st floor, with an interior staircase required to access the additional 2nd-floor bedroom
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door facing outward. Camera 2 is located on the front exterior of the home facing the driveway. Cameras 3 and 4 are located on each side of the home facing the bocce court and hot tub areas. Camera 5 is located at the rear of the home overlooking the covered patio. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras notify the homeowner when motion is detected but do not store any recorded video or audio
