The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom also offers a double-size bed and hanging clothes rack, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a tri-bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) and hanging clothes rack. All bedrooms are generously sized, each equipped with bedside tables and spare blankets for a cosy stay.
Relax in the lounge room or enjoy a meal in the dining area, both of which have smart TVs offering free-to-air channels, or stream your favorite shows using your own login. There’s even a third TV in the master bedroom for added convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including an induction stove, a 7-seater dining table, and all the essentials like a kettle, toaster, and more. If you’re staying for work, take advantage of two dedicated workspaces, or unwind with a book from the large library.

We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need.
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
