Our house on the sand accommodates up to 6 people and is located in a securely gated condominium one minute from Praia do Guaecá.
We are close to the Barequeçaba Beach Viewpoint and Morro das Sete Voltas, where it is possible to enjoy a panoramic view of the beach and the sea.
- We provide a complete layette with sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels and beach towels.
- We provide a portable crib.
- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house and the trail that leads to the beach, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Upon arriving at the house, guests will have access to the dining room and living room, which are integrated and have a dining table and chairs, sofa and Smart TV. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Pets prohibited.
- - Smoking Prohibited.
- - Visits are prohibited.
- - We provide a portable crib.
- - We provide a complete layette with sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels and beach towels.
- - It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house and the trail that leads to the beach, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- - We provide 2 uncovered parking spaces in front of the house.
- - A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation. This may influence the final value.
