Swimming pool, kayaking and sauna on private beach

Our house is located on the tip of an island and has a private beach, in addition to comfortably accommodating up to 14 people. We are a 20-minute drive from the center of Angra dos Reis, where you can find attractions such as the fish market, boat trips and tours of the city’s islands. It is also possible to access neighborhood businesses such as supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and others 5 minutes from the house. - We allow small or medium-sized pets, upon request. - We provide a set of pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels. - You will need to climb stairs to access the bedrooms, which are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. - You must hire the housekeeper to provide assistance during all the days of your stay. The cost is R$280.00 per day and payment must be made in advance directly to the maid. Upon arriving at the house, guests will have access to the outdoor area, which has a swimming pool, sun loungers, volleyball court, barbecue, pizza oven, hot tub and sauna. The house has a private beach with a deck to dock a boat, as well as a kayak available and a waterslide that takes you to the crystal clear waters of the sea. Entering the house, we have the integrated living room and dining room, which have sofas, table and chairs and Smart TV, as well as a balcony with hammocks and views of the sea. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as refrigerators, stove, oven, among others. The house has 5 bedrooms: two suites with a queen bed in each, a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with four single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. We have 2 uncovered parking spaces available. The guest will have access to all of the house’s facilities. The Property Manager manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location. Angra dos Reis is famous for its 365 islands, including the popular Ilha Grande. The main attractions include paradisiacal beaches, crystal clear waters ideal for diving and trails through the Atlantic Forest. The city also offers boat tours, visits to waterfalls, and explorations of historic sites such as colonial churches and ruins. It is a privileged destination for ecotourism and nautical tourism. It is possible to easily get around the city using vehicles or use transport apps, such as Uber.
