Located in Module 2 of Riviera de São Lourenço, our 100m² apartment accommodates up to 6 people and offers security and practicality, 150 meters from the beach. It has complete leisure infrastructure: heated pool, games room, sauna, gym, playground and ice machine.
Our property is just a few meters from Praia de Riviera, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and supermarket.
- We provide pillows, sheets and bath towels. We do not provide quilts and blankets.
- We provide a portable crib and highchair for babies.
- The condominium offers full beach service, including 1 umbrella and 4 chairs. We have a cooler for guests to use in the apartment.
- We have child safety nets on all windows.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests ((ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.
- - Prohibited parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Visitors are not allowed.
- - No pets.
- - No smoking inside the apartment.
- - The guest will have access to the entire area of the condominium, which has a heated pool, sauna, gym, playground and games room.

- - A security deposit of R$1,500.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
