Are you ready for a unique and upscale ski vacation experience? This spacious two bedroom townhome features many unbeatable amenities, is two floors and nearly 1,200 square feet! From the entrance on the second level you’ll be welcomed by warm wood touches and a beautiful slate-tile floor. The mud-room-like "nook" is perfect for unloading after a long day on the slopes. There’s ample closet space on the main floor, just outside the half bathroom. The living room features a stone wrapped gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows boasting stunning views of the surrounding forest. The granite wrapped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove is perfect for making home cooked meals and serving them at the lovely dining area with a table for six. The second level patio opens up from the dining area and has a patio table for four. Downstairs is the primary suite, guest room and guest bathroom along with the small laundry closet. The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and private patio entrance. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a both a queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Just down the street is Minnie’s Cabin, Settler Creeks’ exclusive clubhouse with an outdoor year-round heated pool and hot tub. There is also a wet bar with a mini fridge, pool table, and outdoor seating. Take a ride, hike or snowshoe walk through the woods to River Run, or hop on the free Keystone shuttle that picks up at Settlers Creek. You really can’t go wrong when you book 6546 for your next outing!This condo was one available parking space.
