Storey Lake Resort is a prestigious collection of Single Family Homes just 7 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World! It features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, children’s playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool with a splash water park. The Hideaway Club is also a full-service restaurant and bar. This resort has two incredible clubhouses: The Hideaway Club: 4715 Kings Castle Cir, Kissimmee, FL 34746 The Bronson Club: 4714 Storytime Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746 POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn’t have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot. Important message: We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties. POOL TOWELS - Property Manager does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. There’s a dining table on the patio or a dining table inside where you will enjoy great family memories! After dinner, pile into the comfy living area or the Game Room to have fun with friends & family, or take the kids for one more dip in the pool before they crash in their Disney-themed bedroom. Guest Interaction Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Property Manager does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code. Resort Access At Storey Lake Resort, you will have year-round access to a great variety of amenities for free when renting our Home! The Neighborhood Storey Lake Resort’s central location can’t be beaten if you want to be close to all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday. · Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
