It’s definitely a hassle of public transportation in Koh Samui.
There are plenty of ways you can get around:
1. Songtaew (Thai local transports): You can wait in front of the community and wave the vehicle to stop, negotiate the price first to your destination, it normally goes around the main central areas, ranging from 50baht to 300baht maximum per person.
2. We can help you arrange a motorbike or car during your stay. Price is reasonable. But you have to be careful because it’s dangerous to drive in Samui if you are not used to the road here.
3. Taxi is the least recommended way to use in Samui. They are very expensive. You can also arrange a taxi from the Community Reception by yourself.
4. You can call us if you need a transfer, we can arrange minivan to pick you up and send you to the destination, price depends on the area you want to go.
