The northwest-facing aspect of the courtyard is a standout feature, offering plenty of natural light and warmth. This property features a fenced-in courtyard, making it the ideal escape for families. You can relax and enjoy your vacation while the children play safely outside. The accommodation has available on request a Portacot, Highchair, and messy mat to make your stay with young children more comfortable. In the living area there is a sofa bed to have another 1 or 2 guests - linen is additional fee. Accommodating up to 4 guests total. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer combination unit is available with washing powder provided for convenience. The bedroom upstairs is equipped with a large King bed, luxurious hotel-grade linen, and tasteful decor. Additionally, there is a full bathroom upstairs, complete with a tiled shower, heated toilet seat with bidet functionality, heated towel rail, and vanity. You will also find Ecostore shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. The property offers plenty of on-street parking for guests. No dedicated parking is provided. We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. On street parking is free outside the development and the surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up. Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. This property is a 2 storey townhouse - upper floor is accessible via stairs only. Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
