This 3-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and main bathroom. Second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There’s also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only. We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. Located by the famous Hagley Park, enjoy the Autumn leaves or Cherry Blossoms when you come to stay. A short walk to the green space, Hospital and Hagley Oval. The CBD, Riverside Markets, and The Terraces a 10min walk from the property. The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch. On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.
