Villa dell’Artista is a modern building set amongst a patchwork of olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants. The villa, built on 2017 and totally renewed on 2023, is a two-story house. On the ground floor, there are a living room with a kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and one bathroom with wc and basin. From the kitchen, you may access the covered veranda with a dining table and BBQ. On the first floor, reachable through external access, there is a further double ensuite bedroom with a sea view terrace. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets and wifi. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished in a modern and functional style. On the side of the house there is the solarium with the swimming pool (10x5), sun beds, and an external shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
