Biancolilla is a beautiful contemporary and ecofriendly villa perfectly integrated into the surrounding.
The villa is a three-storey building.
You may access inside from a bright open space with sofa, TV and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and a lunch counter. The room is particularly bright thanks to the large windows that overlook the patio equipped with dining table, chairs and sofas.
On the ground floor you may also find the sleeping area composed of one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with French bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one double bedroom that overlooks the private seaview terrace and one single bedroom) and one bathroom with shower.
On the basement, accessibile both from outside and inside, there is a lovely suite ( which can become independent if necessary) with a double bed, a small relaxing...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
