You can reach the main train station Poznań Główny in just 5 minutes by foot (400 m). The station is connected to Avenida shopping center with many service and retail shops. The historical district of Poznań is also within a walking distance (15-20 minutes) with The Old Market Square only 1.5 km from the apartament. MTP Poznań Expo is just 200 m from the apartament. This district of Poznań is rapidly growing, offering an amazing range of local restaurants and cafes. For a respite from city life, there is a beautiful park with a pond and playground for children nearby.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
