ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to All Decked Out in Seagrove Beach. This luxurious coastal home has everything and more you could want in a beach vacation home. There’s 5000 sq ft of deck and porch space, a private pool with a large spa and an outdoor entertainment area that includes a kitchen with an ice maker, sink and dishwasher, plus a two-story rooftop deck!. With so much to enjoy just on the outside of the house, you may not want to go inside… but you definitely should. The first floor will keep the kids entertained with a recreational area, access to the pool and bunk room that sleeps six (6). The second floor is an open concept designed space with a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace as well as access to the front and back decks. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
