The apartment is located in a beautiful and picturesque area of the Cicha Woda stream. The aura of the place makes it easy to relax and forget about all your worries. People who prefer active recreation will not be able to complain about boredom, because one kilometer away there is a large ski resort - Polana Szymoszkowa, which is also a geothermal bathing area. Beginners can take advantage of learning on the small Buńdówki ski slope. Tatry Residence is located in a very attractive place, because many attractions of Zakopane are within easy reach - Krupówki are only 2.3 km away; the center can be reached in less than 30 minutes on foot, and the famous Krzeptówki - in 15 minutes. In the vicinity you will also find numerous gastronomic and commercial and service points, incl. Pod Strzechą, Dwór Ślebody, Karczma Siuchasko and grocery stores.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
