The apartment is located on Krasińskiego Street in Warsaw's Żoliborz - one of the most beautiful districts of the Capital. The building is located on a modern housing estate, which thanks to a playground and green courtyards with places to relax is a family-friendly place. The neighborhood is rich in stores and restaurants - 5 minutes by car is enough to reach one of the largest shopping centers in Poland, Westfield Arkadia. The location of the property guarantees a comfortable, practical and stylish place to stay in Warsaw. The location is an excellent choice for those who appreciate convenience and being in the center of urban life, while looking for a relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. The neighborhood is surrounded by green areas, including the famous Powazki Cemetery, creating an intimate atmosphere. The apartment is located less than 3 km from the Gdanski Station, from where you can get anywhere you want - there is a train and subway station. You can also find many bus stops nearby. Both the Old Town and the city center can be reached in about 30 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by car. The drive to Chopin Airport takes about half an hour.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
