The location combines the charm of living in the city center and closeness to nature, the apartment is located in the buffer zone of numerous squares, parks and gardens - Świętokrzyski Park 700 meters from the tenement house. There is a well-developed communication infrastructure in the neighborhood - the nearest metro station is 5 minutes from the apartment. In the vicinity of the apartment there are numerous museums and theaters, the National Philharmonic is located 150 meters from the apartment, and the Palladium Theater 200 meters.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
