All of this is accessible on the main level and with no stairs on the property, this home is extremely comfortable and accessible for people of all ages and friendly for travelers with any conditions or limitations with physical abilities. The incredible backyard is gigantic with a grass lawn that makes for a more than comfortable area for pets & kids to explore safely should they accompany you on your travels. The light chirping of birds playing provides a sense of serenity that can’t be beat. Guest bedroom with queen size mattress, nightstand and a closet Second guest bedroom with queen size mattress, nightstand and a closet Third guest bedroom with bunk beds - one queen over queen size bunk bed great for adults or children along with a closet Pack and play for infant/toddler  Queen sized air mattress  With all the essentials in this home, you’re set up for success with the appliances you might need including a washer and dryer, private access to the entire home, a two car parking garage and best of all - top of the line Tempur Pedic mattresses with white hotel-grade linens in all rooms including the bunk beds, to ensure that each and every member of your group has the most comfortable quality of sleep.  In the main level living area you can kick back and enjoy a 65” Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more. We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. House Rules & Helpful Info Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone. Pet Policy Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for 1 dog $100 for 2 dogs Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Security Deposit & Damage Waiver Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
