Newly built 2-storey townhouse located in Central Christchurch. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom property with sofa bed, is a great base for exploring the sites in Christchurch. An easy walk to the famous Margaret Mahy playground is a bonus. You have the choice to dine out at local restaurants or cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen. This comfy central city home is complete with a Queen bed upstairs and the sofa converts to a bed in the living area (extra cost for sofa bed linen).
Ground Floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard.
Upstairs (1st Floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed and desk, plus the full sized bathroom.
In the kitchen area is the washing and dryer combination machine for guest use.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it’s a 5-star hotel clean.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Free Street parking is located right outside the complex. Very short walk to the CBD, Margaret Mahy Playground. Bus stops within a short walking distance. Plenty of Uber and Taxi facilities also.
This property comes with street only parking. There is free, untimed parking outside on Salisbury Street and around the corner on Madras Street. A local convenience store is located 20m from the development for any late night needs.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
