Mill Creek Condos Features Mill Creek Condos are luxury condos that are situated on the wetlands of Keystone that have large private balconies that overlook the wetlands with the ski mountain in the backdrop. These condos have a heated parking garage. Onsite Amenities – Mill Creek offers ski lockers, a shared Hot Tub, and a boot drying system. Heated Underground Parking - Keep your car safe and warm in the Mill Creek underground parking garage. Park your car and leave it as you can walk to everything including the ski slopes, restaurants, and shops in River Run Village during your Keystone Vacation! Walking Distance to Ski Slopes – Get first tracks at Keystone Resort every morning! Mill Creek condos are only minutes away from the River Run Gondola. Stop by one of the many restaurants, such as New Moon Cafe, Starbucks, or the Inxpot on your way to the chair lifts for coffee or a quick breakfast burrito! Mini-Golf and Kids Play Area – Keystone’s mini-golf course along with a HUGE kids playground, open during summer in Keystone. Mill Creek is a great lodging option for a family vacation in Colorado. Outdoor Ice Skating Rink – Also steps from your front door at Mill Creek is the outdoor ice skating rink at Dercum Square in River Run Village.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 25.
- Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
