This recently fully renovated two-bedroom has been decorated with contemporary furnishings and original artwork, creating an uncluttered and comfortable home away from home for up to 4 Lucky guests.
The main entrance opens into the dining room with a table that seats six. A built-in bookcase with a kitchen passthrough is stocked with board games and books to entertain your group. Off the dining room is a coat room with a Wifi Brother printer for use during your stay.
A small half bath on the first floor has a wall and ceiling tongue-and-groove and a floating sink.
Just down a short hallway is the open living space, which incorporates the kitchen with its new stainless steel appliances, recessed tongue-and-groove ceiling, and a kitchen island. Small appliances for use in the unit include a K-cup coffee machine, drip coffee maker, French press and grinder, Insta-pot, Oster blender, and toaster. A large sectional and wall-mounted big-screen TV set up for personal streaming allows you to relax and catch up on your shows. Sliding glass doors lead out to the private, brick-paved patio, where you can relax in the shade of the landscaped greenery and pergola overhead, which is perfect for morning coffee and dining al fresco.
Upstairs, you’ll find two serene bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms have ample closet space in cedar-lined closets. The shared bathroom has a combined tub and shower and a mirror medicine cabinet to provide additional storage to the two under-cabinet drawers. A full laundry is located on the second floor between the two bedrooms.
Located just three blocks from iconic Forsyth Park, you’ll love strolling through the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays or one of many festivals hosted there throughout the year. You’ll be just down the street from the only full-service beer, wine, and spirit shop and full-size grocery store in downtown Savannah.
