The second floor hosts two King bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, both with private access to beautiful porches. The third floor houses one more King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom + private porch access, and the kid-friendly bunk room with two sets of Full-over-Full built-in bunks + a sleeper sofa + a kitchenette, and a spacious area for playing. The bunk room also has an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub/shower combo and private porch access. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 16 Guests): FIRST FLOOR -Living Room -Dining Room -Kitchen SECOND FLOOR -Master Bedroom 1 - King bed, en-suite bathroom with large glass shower, separate soaking tub + dual vanities, private porch access -Master Bedroom 2 - King bed, en-suite bathroom with large glass shower + dual vanities, private porch access THIRD FLOOR -Master Bedroom 3 - King bed, en-suite bathroom with large glass shower + dual vanities, private porch access -Bunk Room 4 - Two sets of Full-over-Full size bunks + a sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination, private porch access, built-in kitchenette There is a pack n’ play and air mattress available upon request. Guest access There is parking available for 2 cars in the driveway! Other things to note -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay -Smoking is prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, fire pit, or other amenities provided to guests.
