The space Welcome to ’Sea La Vie!’ Conveniently situated just minutes from the beaches of the Gulf, guests are literally NEXT DOOR TO the Dragonfly pool and have access to the amenities of the WaterColor Community, including 9 other pools, Camp WaterColor, and The Beach Club! The serene screened-in front porch has plenty of plush outdoor seating, perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Surrounded by natural green space and parks, it offers the most perfect private, peaceful retreat. As you enter through the front porch, you’re welcomed by a comfortable living room sofa and chairs. Just past, the dining room offers a lovely wooden table for 6. The gourmet chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a 6-burner stove, and an eat-in island with seating for 4. Just off the kitchen, there is an expansive wraparound porch with a gas BBQ grill available, and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The first floor also includes a built-in office nook, the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first bedroom which is complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. As you advance to the second floor, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and a second living space (complete with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa) - great for kids! The master bedroom features a King bed, private balcony with a balcony swing and rocking chairs, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom on this floor has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The next bedroom is a bunk room with one Full-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The final bedroom is located off of the living area, complete with a built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, a TV with DVD player/DVDs provided, and shares the bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Located literally next door to the Dragonfly Pool, and only a short bike or LSV/golf cart ride to Seaside and Camp WaterColor, you’re perfectly positioned to experience the best of 30A! Easy walking distance to Publix, The Perfect Pig, coffee shops, an ice cream shop, boutiques, and wonderful restaurants! You’re also just 1.5 miles from the Eastern Lake Trailhead in Point Washington State Forest, offering miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: FIRST FLOOR - Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen - Laundry Room - Half Bathroom - Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and glass shower SECOND FLOOR - Living Room with Queen-sized sleeper sofa - Bedroom 2 (Master): King bed, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower, and separate soaking tub - Bedroom 3: King bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower - Bedroom 4: Bunk room with one Full-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination (bathroom also accessible from the hallway) - Bedroom 5: Bunk room with one built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, shared bathroom with shower/tub combination A pack ’n play, folding crib with mattress, and an air mattress are all provided at the home for guests’ use, along with additional kid-friendly items. Guest access The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community. The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute LSV ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute LSV/golf cart ride from the home. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. Other things to note -Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. The In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
