Covering a generous 80 m2, the apartment features 2 meticulously designed bedrooms, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a commodious living space, a cutting-edge kitchen, and an inviting balcony. Moreover, guests have the privilege of accessing the rooftop terrace, located a mere floor above. The bedrooms exude peace, thanks to their superior insulation. The avant-garde kitchen effortlessly merges with the living area. To enhance your stay, the apartment is furnished with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and swift WiFi connectivity. Whether your trip to Barcelona is with family, friends, or for business purposes, this apartment, nestled close to Clinic and Diagonal, promises to surpass your anticipations. For added convenience, the building is equipped with an elevator. We earnestly request guests to respect the neighbors and uphold the peaceful ambiance of the vicinity. Please note that hosting parties is not permitted. IMPORTANT: For families with children, the maximum capacity is 4 guests. For groups of friends, it’s limited to 3 adults. Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay: All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations. - Keeping things smooth: For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform’s chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team. - Heads up, we don’t have a reception, but we’re here to make things awesome for you! - Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it’s past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service. Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00. - Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM. - Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call. - Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;) - Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It’s a local rule we have to follow. - Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in. - Don’t forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona’s tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night - When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract. - Baby on board? No problem! We’ve got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book.
