It’s a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability). Age group: This place is meant for a calm & soothing getaway for families, we shall prefer families / couple’s, office gatherings. Parties & Events: We love music; however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The entire villa cleaning is done every day, and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities. Hookah Pot will be available at a charge of ₹2500, with an additional cost of ₹1000 per flavor refill. Security deposit of INR 20000/-will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival. The property manager would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. The property holds the right to cancel any bookings if needed.
