What We Love
A Bondi escape can only be bettered by one thing; a remarkable vacation home, and this exquisite 3 bedroom 2 bathroom designer retreat does not disappoint. Combining modern amenities with luxury touches, and featuring a heated pool and spa area, this is a truly sophisticated experience.
Under architectural white beams, polished concrete floors stretch across the stylish open-plan living, dining and kitchen. Opening onto your private garden via sliding doors that form the back wall of this room, natural light floods over the corner sofa and shearling chairs that make up the living space. Perfectly arranged around a flatscreen TV and fireplace, it’s a ready-made cosy spot, ideal for relaxing. A formal dining table, surrounded by Cesca-style rattan chairs, is adjacent to the living area, offering plenty of space for a leisurely brunch. At the back of the room, you’ll find an exquisite kitchen. Marble worktops add a touch of understated glamour, while a gas oven, hob and coffee machine provide all the amenities you could need. Boasting a private BBQ deck and garden, manicured lawns surround an azure heated pool, plus spa facilities. Whether you prefer a swim before breakfast, or relaxing in bubbles, this home offers it all, in a refined manner.
Whatever your group size, the bedroom arrangements don’t disappoint. The master on the top floor is a sanctuary in itself, housing a king bed, opposite a recessed, wall-mounted TV. Walk-in wardrobes are cleverly concealed, and there is a separate study space converted from a balcony, partitioned to the side. You can also access a private ensuite with a full bathtub and shower. The second bedroom on the ground floor is just as comfortable; deep blue walls cocoon a sumptuous queen bed, adding drama and elegance to your spacious room. An Eames-style chair is a designer nod next to the handy desk, and you’ve got plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes and shelves. The final bedroom also on the ground floor is a light and airy king-size bedroom that can be conveniently set up as two singles on request, with built-in shelves for belongings.
Situated in the heart of the Bondi area, and a stone’s throw from the Beach you’ll be spoiled for choice of things to do. Local favourites-turned-famous spots abound, and we can wholeheartedly recommend Sean’s Panorama, serving seasonal fresh produce with waterside views and the iconic-for-a-reason Bondi Icebergs dining room, bar and saltwater pool. Of course, no stay is complete without spending a day at Bondi Beach with the surfers, catching the waves or just relaxing and topping up your tan!

The Neighborhood
- For a consistently delicious brunch head to Harry’s cafe, only a ten-minute walk from the house), or Bill for their famous hot cakes.

- Your trip won’t be the same without visiting Bondi Beach, of course! And if that isn’t enough sand and sea, you can explore Kutti Beach, a small secluded beach up north towards Watsons Bay, Parsley Bay with its very calm waters, Tamarama Beach, Bronte Beach or you could even make a day of it and walk all the way down to Coogee Beach on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk!
