This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property sleeps 6 people and has a porta cot which you are welcome to use. The home has Three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms. • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed • Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds The complex is well situated only a few minutes’ walk to shops restaurants and bars and the boat harbor is only a minute away. The complex has a well fenced communal *pool and BBQ area. All in all, a great place for a getaway weekend with friends! This is a modern Kiwi bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable shared home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo. For this reason there may be some personal belonging. A single garage is available for parking, there is additional car parks with in the complex to be shared and availability cannot be guaranteed. Trailers (including boats), camper-vans and caravans are strictly prohibited. This property is part of a complex so body corporate rules apply and must be adhered too. This complex is riverside and has a pool so please supervise children at all times. Swimming in the the river is not advised as it can be very dangerous due to strong currents. *The three levels are connected by stairs so please be mindful that this apartment may not suit everyone. *Linen included with the clean fee *Pool is available over Summer months only.
