This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay. Other Things to Note: Currently, some of the shared amenities might not be available, sorry for the inconvenience. Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas. We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home. You have 10kw per night included, the cost of extra kw is $6 pesos.
