Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay. Getting Around: There are many ways to explore the city: the metro, the Metrobús, and even Ecobici. We also recommend Uber. Other Things to Note: **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. *We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
