It is a very cozy small apartment, with independent entrance and total privacy; It is located at the back of a typical house of Colonia Condesa with an unparalleled garden, you can enjoy a quiet and charming stay, but with an excellent location not to miss the cafes, art galleries and environment that is part of the Magic that this beautiful neighborood has.
The Space:
The apartment is small but has everything you need for a beautiful stay.
It has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes, utensils, accessories, bar, breakfast bar, futon, cable TV and WIFI.
A room with queen size bed and closet.
Full bathroom with towels and amenities such as shampoo, bodywash, etc.
It has a small terrace that you can enjoy with total privacy.
Laundry room with washer and dryer shared with other guests.

Guest Access:
The property has a beatutiful garden where they are welcome to relax as long as there is noalcohol drinking involved. As it is a common area, courtesy is expected.
Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
The Neighborhood:
La Condesa is one of the neighborhoods with the most restaurants, bars, cafes and bookstores. Famous for its art-deco buildings and tree-lined ridges. You can enjoy its parks and it is minutes away from the historic center of the city and the most important museum areas. Museums close every Monday.
Very close to oxxo stores or 7 elevate a few blocks.
Nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner, Azul Condesa, Café la Selva, Chilpa.
Only 10 minutes walking is the Av. Nuevo León has many other food options or if you prefer something more typical the Michoacán market.
Getting Around:
The metrobus stations Campeche, Chilpancingo, also the Chilpancingo subway station five minutes walk away, there are several public bicycle stations around. There is also the option to request Uber, it is very safe.
Other Things to Note:
The check in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. you will have an extra charge of $ 300 pesos that must be paid in cash at the time of being received in the department.
There is no check in after 10pm.
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
