The Space: The apartment is small but has everything you need for a beautiful stay. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes, utensils, accessories, bar, breakfast bar, futon, cable TV and WIFI. A room with queen size bed and closet. Full bathroom with towels and amenities such as shampoo, bodywash, etc. It has a small terrace that you can enjoy with total privacy. Laundry room with washer and dryer shared with other guests. P.S. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. The Neighborhood: La Condesa is one of the neighborhoods with the most restaurants, bars, cafes and bookstores. Famous for its art-deco buildings and tree-lined ridges. You can enjoy its parks and it is minutes away from the historic center of the city and the most important museum areas. Museums close every Monday. Very close to oxxo stores or 7 elevate a few blocks. Nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner, Azul Condesa, Café la Selva, Chilpa. Only 10 minutes walking is the Av. Nuevo León has many other food options or if you prefer something more typical the Michoacán market.
