This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed. Other Things to Note: **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
