Beautiful apartment with a huge garden, very quiet space with 2 bedrooms both with king size bed. living room with cable TV and wifi throughout the house.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishes, accessories, utensils, water purifier, etc.
1 Very large bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. with all amenities, shampoo, bodywash, towels, etc.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Space:
The apartment is located in a typical old house in the Condesa neighborhood, a duplex with independent entrance, ideal for a stay with family or friends to enjoy its beautiful garden with a brunch or a nice dinner.

1. Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.
2. Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who booked.
3. When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.
After 8:00 p.m. you will be charged an extra $300 pesos that must be paid in cash or by Property Manager upon arrival at the apartment.
Guest Access:
The property has a beatutiful garden where they are welcome to relax as long as there is noalcohol drinking involved. As it is a common area, courtesy is expected.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give you privacy, but always be there if it is an emergency, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours and maintenance are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Property Manager, Property Manager, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
The Neighborhood:
Condesa is one of the trendiest and most walkable neighborhoods in Mexico City, with restaurants, bars, coffee houses and designer shops. It is famous for it’s art Deco buildings and tree-lined boulevards. You can enjoy beautiful parks and it’s centric location makes all the main city attractions (Historic Downtown, Chapultepec, museums, Zona Rosa, Roma) a short ride away. Remember that all the museums are closed every Monday.
Its located close to Oxxo or 7 eleven stores to a few blocks.
Near by restaurants for meal or dinner, Azul Condesa, Café la Selva, Chilpa.
Only a 10 minute walking is Av. Nuevo Leon has many other food options or if you prefer something more typical could be Michoacan market.
Getting Around:
Metrobus stations Campeche, Chilpancingo and subway station Chilpancingo five minutes walk away, also are several public bike stations around. The option to request Uber, it´s very safety.

The check in time after 8:00 p.m. will have an extra charge of $ 300 pesos that must be paid in cash at the time of being received in the department.
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
