With a perfect location, close to the best shops and entertainment spots in Condesa, our spacious and cozy home is equipped to accommodate up to 18 people in a safe and secure area. The Space: Discover the essence of comfort in our elegant eight-bedroom house located in the heart of the city. With eight spacious and cozy rooms, we guarantee maximum comfort during your stay. The carefully selected decor blends modern and classic styles, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Relax in the living room and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking both style and convenience in one place. Welcome to an urban oasis! Guest Access: The house is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all areas: terrace, kitchen, laundry room, 8 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, an additional half bathroom, dining room, and a cozy living room. If you need a crib or high chair, please let us know a week before your arrival so we can provide it. Additionally, if you have any other requests, let us know so we can find the best option for you and the rest of the guests. Interaction with Guests: We love Mexico and want you to fall in love with this incredible country too. We’ll share our favorite spots to visit, where to enjoy the best food, and what to see during your stay. We’ve traveled the world with OTA, and we’re here to make sure you have unforgettable experiences as well. We’re at your service to help with anything you need: just send us a message. We’re available online every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed. The Neighborhood: Condesa is the best neighbourhood in Mexico City. You will find everything you need at a walking distance also it is safe to walk around. Getting Around: You will find metro and metrobus stations and ecobici (bike sharing) stations a few blocks away from the house. Other Things to Note: A comfortable space to accommodate up to 16 people. Ideal for groups of friends and large families. It features 8 cozy bedrooms with very comfortable beds, spaces to spend the afternoon or enjoy an evening, and a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay an extraordinary experience. * Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced, nor can the dates be changed. * In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend checking the weather forecast and packing clothing that best suits the climate. :) * Mexico City has experienced water supply shortages in the area. In case of service disruptions, we will be attentive at all times. We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
