Security Deposit For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. The Neighborhood: Condesa is one of the safest areas of the city with a lot of security, walking distance to best hotels, delicious, restaurants, bars, cafes and very near to the city center and breathtaking and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat on a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk , use a scooter or rent a bicycle for a week and go wherever you want. Getting Around: Uber and DIDI are cheap, safe and always available. Other Things to Note: **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
