The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and stylish apartment in vibrant La Condesa! With a comfortable 130 m2 | 1400 sq ft of living space, it’s ideal for a family or group of up to 8.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous open-plan living space, a plush sofa, a chic bar area, and a Smart TV with premium cable channels for relaxing downtime moments together at home.
There’s a kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a meal and a grand dining table for 8 to enjoy meals together.
There’s good Wi-Fi throughout the apartment for the remote worker and comfy spots to work around the apartment, as well as a dedicated workspace (desk & chair) in Bedroom 1.
There are 3 stylish bedrooms to retreat to when it’s time to turn in and 2 full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests as such:

BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 3: 2 Double beds
The best spot in the place is the charming outdoor patio area, where you can sit and relax with a morning coffee or evening cocktail before heading out.
For your convenience, the apartment has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. And the apartment is equipped with a portable fan and a portable heater if needed.
Enjoy exploring the trendy neighborhood of La Condesa. You’ll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away from the apartment, many around the circumference of the parks: Parque México and Parque España. And Chapultepec Park is also within walking distance. It’s the perfect stay!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using a digital door code. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed from 9:00am to 10:00pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in the hip and trendy La Condesa. You’ll find an array of fantastic restaurants, charming cafes, and unique shops to explore. Take a leisurely stroll through the nearby parks and soak in the beautiful surroundings. And if you’re a foodie, you’re in luck! This neighborhood is renowned for its culinary scene, offering a wide variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate. Whether you’re seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway or an exciting urban adventure, Colonia Condesa has it all.
Getting Around:
The Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is 10.7 miles | 17.3 km from the apartment. Always check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving times vary greatly depending on the time of day.
If you come by car, there is an assigned parking spot for you at the building. You can also take a registered taxi, Uber or public transportation. The nearest subway station, Juan Escutia, is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the rest of the city. If you prefer buses, there are several stops within a short walking distance with routes to popular landmarks and areas in the city, such as the historic center and other fantastic neighborhoods like Roma Norte, Zona Rosa & Polanco.

Important information to know before booking:
There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.
There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1500 MXN penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated. We must respect our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 pm or face a $500 MXN fine.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
