Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Property Manager, Property Manager, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

* Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced, nor can the dates be changed.
* For long stays, we charge extra for electricity and internet service.
* We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing clothes that best suit the climate :).
* Tulum has experienced water supply interruptions in the area. In the event of a possible shortage, we will be attentive at all times.
