In the Waccamaw Lakes section of Pawleys Island’s highly sought-after North Litchfield Beach community. This 3 bed / 3 bath home is a short golf cart ride to the beach or a 12 minute walk, and is situated along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway allowing you to bike or walk to the restaurants and attractions of Murrells Inlet. Guest have access to the beach.

The Master bedroom has 1 King, guest bedroom has one 1 Queen, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 Twins and there are also 2 sleeper chairs that convert into twin beds which allow this vacation rental to sleep up to 8 guests.
This home boasts an open floor plan with stunning reclaimed heart pine floors.
The spacious kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and entertaining, complete with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Additionally, there is a separate wet bar and a dining room furnished with a dining table.
The bedrooms are generously sized and have recently-installed LVP flooring.
The living room is spacious, with a gas fireplace, you will also have access to the backyard and screened porch with outdoor furniture for enjoying the summer coastal breezes.
Guest will enjoy the raised beach construction, which provides lots of extra room parking cars, golf carts and even small boats. Underneath the home, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a 6 person person golf cart available for guest use.
Cozy Palms vacation home is only a 12 minute walk to the beach access.
North Litchfield is one of Pawleys Island’s most desirable beach communities due to its uncrowded beaches and proximity to area attractions.
An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, wireless internet access, and Starbucks.

Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. Limit 2 dogs, under 30 pounds with approval.
