Downstairs there are 2 separate living areas - sectional sofa in TV area with full bar, and at the other end of the home a separate TV/ office area and peloton bike for guest use.
2nd floor has a master suite, with adjoining room that has a twin bed, and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed.
Master en-suite has a shower that can be used as a steam room.
Back yard is spacious with built in grill, plenty of seating, heated pool and paddle boards for you to use.
All TVs have ROKU attached for Netflix/ YouTube etc.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
