Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Renovation & Pool Information: There may be some building work carried out Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am to 5pm. There will be NO construction work on Weekends or QLD School Holidays. The work involves rebuilding of a Beach House and therefore there may be some noise associated with this type of activity. In addition to the Beach House work the Swimming Pool will be out of use from May 20th to July 10th 2024.
