The whole group will enjoy our spacious 4 bed 4 bath easy access to everything from this centrally located property. You are so close to endless attractions. You can walk to all of West Ends bars and restaurants including one of our favorites, The Local. All while only being a 5-10 minute uber to Broadway! STRP#2023#007385
There is a parking garage in an alleyway, behind the main building, where we have 2 dedicated parking spaces for you. There is also street parking right by the front doors of the building.
There are 4 private bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms!
LAYOUT AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.
*You will enter the unit from the 3rd level, which is the main level where there is the Kitchen/Living room, and two bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer along with an Iron and Ironing board for you to use in a closet area that is in the kitchen.
Bedroom #1- King Bedroom w/ full en-suite bathroom (Shower/Bath combo).
Bedroom #2-Queen Bedroom w/ full en-suite bathroom (Shower only, no tub)
*You will walk up the spiral stair case to the second floor where there are two bedrooms.
Bedroom #3- 1 set of Queen Bunk Beds
*There is a private, full bathroom (Shower/Bath combo) next to this
bedroom but it is not connected/en-suite.
Bedroom #4- King Bedroom w/ full en-suite bathroom (Shower/Bath combo)
*We provide a queen sized air mattress along with the linen needed to make a an extra/comfortable sleeping arrangement.
This is a non smoking building however, there is a dedicated smoking area outside of the parking garage.
We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)
We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed.
We are centrally located and near many great attractions that Nashville has to offer. You can walk to The Parthenon (Centennial Park), Vanderbilt, Midtown, many local bars and restaurants (The Local is a favorite of ours), along with fast food chains. We’re also only 2.5 miles from Broadway!
You are welcome to bring a car and use our two parking spots in the garage (or street parking) but if you prefer not to drive-Uber/Lyft are always available 24Hrs and are typically less than a five minute wait.
