Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a 3rd sleeping area is perfect for group trips. We are only 2.5 miles from everything in downtown, walkable to Geodis Park and we have a coffee shop on site!
Wedgewood Houston, The Gulch, 12th South, East Nashville among others are all fantastic neighborhoods close and ready for you to explore.
If you have a large group that needs more space we have an identical size unit 2 door down. Just ask us how you can add it on!
Our apartment has three floors. When you walk in, you directly go up the stairs, to the second floor, which features the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the first bedroom (King bed) and full bathroom.
The second set of stairs, take you up to the third floor which has the second bedroom which consists of 2 queen beds. The 3rd queen bed is in an additional sleeping area. After passing through bath (Jack and Jill) We converted a large walk in closet into the additional sleeping area.
There is also a balcony off of this floor for you to enjoy!
Our guest have access to entire townhome!
We are not on the property, however we are local and available any time.
You will have a keyless entry code for easy access and check-in/out.
There is plenty of free parking in the huge lot adjacent to the unit, or in the round about right out front.
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
