Our 2 Bed 2.5 bath townhome has just been completely redesigned and updated! We have a massive living, dining and kitchen area all in one open area that your group can hang out and enjoy. We have a small balcony off the kitchen that is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink while catching the sun set. Bedroom 1 - 1 King bed and 1 Day bed with an attached trundle *Ensuite full bathroom Bedroom 2- Full size bunk beds *Ensuite full bathroom There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room Our unit also has a 2 car garage for you to use along with plenty of free street parking. All while only being 2.5 miles from all of Broadways Honky Tonks and walking distance to multiple "Locals" bars and restaurants. We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :) We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed. We are located just off of 8th Ave South a little over 2 miles South of downtown. The immediate area allows for you to walk to multiple bars and restaurants, grocery stores and a park! You are welcome to bring a car and use the garage, but if you prefer not to drive uber/lyft are always available 24hrs and are typically less than a 5 min wait. If you have a large group we have 5 additional/similar units that are all connected in this small development. You can add on as many as you like as long as they are available. **If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how.
