Living Spaces: As you enter the villa, you’re welcomed by an open kitchen and living area with granite countertops, new appliances, and a 65" TV. The dining space seats six and opens to a balcony with serene views of the pond, fountain, and surrounding oaks and palms. Accommodations: All three bedrooms are located down the hall. One room has two twin beds and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a queen bedroom. The hallway also includes a half bath, large pantry, and a laundry area with a new washer and dryer. At the end, the spacious master suite features a king bed, desk, private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus access to the balcony overlooking the peaceful pond. Outdoor: Outside the villa, you’ll find a private deck overlooking a pond, and you’ll be steps to the pool pavilion and the Palmetto Dunes bicycle path system, perfect for exploring the island’s 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails.
