Welcome to the beautifully remodeled 603 Barrington Park villa, the perfect vacation home for families, golf groups, corporate retreats, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. This villa sleeps 8 guests and is located on the first floor of a two-story villa complex in Palmetto Dunes, just steps away from the beach and the bicycle path.
Living Spaces:
As you enter the villa, you’re welcomed by an open kitchen and living area with granite countertops, new appliances, and a 65" TV. The dining space seats six and opens to a balcony with serene views of the pond, fountain, and surrounding oaks and palms.
Accommodations:
All three bedrooms are located down the hall. One room has two twin beds and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a queen bedroom. The hallway also includes a half bath, large pantry, and a laundry area with a new washer and dryer. At the end, the spacious master suite features a king bed, desk, private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus access to the balcony overlooking the peaceful pond.
Outdoor:
Outside the villa, you’ll find a private deck overlooking a pond, and you’ll be steps to the pool pavilion and the Palmetto Dunes bicycle path system, perfect for exploring the island’s 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails. Hilton Head Island offers outdoor activities of all kinds, from nature preserves and beaches to water sports and even zip line adventures
