Our 1910 Victorian Home that is pet friendly is perfect for large groups! Under 2 miles to Broadway/downtown Nashville. 5 points & hip East Nashville are less than 1/2 mile away. Along w/ the fantastic location we can accommodate sizeable groups in this spacious home, sleeping 16 max.This home has 4 bedrooms including a flex loft space, (7 beds) 4 full baths, 2 kitchens,&a huge private fenced backyard w/fire pit& skyline view from deck!
One of the original East Nashville Victorian homes. You are renting a 3,000 sq. ft. house with 4 bedrooms and a loft with 2 queens (functional 5 bedroom). 4 bathrooms, a TV room, two dining areas, and two kitchens. At 3,000 square feet, there’s plenty of room! Contact us if you have any concerns whatsoever. Just look at our reviews for how comfortable large groups have been.

A wrap around front porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee.
The back yard is perfect for hanging out with a big group: a newly built patio, second story deck, firepit, grill, and yard. Thousands of fireflies in the summer. The house is on a hill in East Nashville, so the view looking down on the downtown skyline is tremendous.
Lawn games galore--Cornhole, Croquet, Ladder Toss, Bimini Ring Toss.
In town for a Titans game? Pregame in our back yard followed by a short walk to Nissan Stadium.
The CMA Awards, a concert, or Predators game at Bridgestone Arena? A bachelor or bachelorette gathering? Our space and location has the flexibility to fit your needs.

East Nashville puts you right in the midst of all the action. The artsy vibe of the area makes for a vibrant and lively area. It is also home of the Tomato Arts Festival.
Countless restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and music venues are a short walk away in Five Points and surrounding areas.
Just a 7 minute drive to Broadway’s Honky Tonks and Downtown where you can find the Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium (original home of the Grand Ole Opry) and Printer’s Alley.
Classic venues like 3rd and Lindsley, The Listening Room Cafe, The Basement, and more are less than a 10 minute drive.
We recommend walking to East Nashville and 5 points. Uber and Lyft are great for getting around Nashville! There are also rentable bikes and electric scooters to get around the area.
