Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- - No pets allowed
- - No events, parties, or large gatherings
- - Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- - Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- - Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- -Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- -Street clothes and shoes are NOT ALLOWED IN THE SAUNA
- -DO NOT CARVE ON THE TREES!!!
- Fire Pit Guidelines
- Pit Construction:
- -The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
- -Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
- -Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
- Safety:
- -Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
- -Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
- -Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
- -Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
- Firewood:
- -Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
- -Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
