The Space
This expansive two-level home offers 2,900 square feet of indoor living space with two spacious bedrooms, a bonus sleeping room, and multiple gathering areas. Two king beds, two Twin XL beds, and a queen sleeper sofa accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The layout promotes rest and connection, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow and incredible views of Thunder Mountain and Sedona’s red rock landscape.
Living Areas
The main level living room features large windows, modern furnishings, and a calm atmosphere ideal for yoga or meditation. The lower-level family room includes a large sectional with a queen memory foam sleeper sofa, a 75-inch Roku TV, a Sony soundbar, and a game table for entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and filtered, purified water for drinking and cooking. Dine indoors or outside—both areas offer seating for eight. A propane BBQ is available for alfresco meals under Sedona’s starry skies.
