This riverside retreat blends spacious comfort with easy access to Aspen, Snowmass Village, and the surrounding alpine landscape.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, complemented by 5 baths. Each room provides fresh linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, offering both gathering space and privacy.
Kitchen & dining
A well‑equipped kitchen features a stainless‑steel gas stove, double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A dining table nearby makes shared meals easy, while the layout gives plenty of room to prepare your own dishes.
Indoor comfort
Central heating keeps the interior warm during colder days, and a ductless split system adds air‑conditioning for comfort. Stay connected with reliable wifi and a dedicated workspace set behind a door. A washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are provided for convenience.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private patio‑balcony that overlooks the river, or use the backyard space for fresh‑air moments. A BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking when the weather permits, and the private entrance reinforces the sense of a secluded riverside haven.

Located along the Roaring Fork River, the home is a short 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby attractions include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers.
Parking & access
Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in through a smart lock makes arrival simple, and long‑term stays are welcome for those looking to settle in for an extended visit.
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
